Cacio e Pere In Frosinone

I had lunch at this restaurant and loved it: the trofie with vegetables and turmeric were truly excellent. The local wine was good.

First experience, very very friendly staff, excellent cut, even if full of strings. The only flaw is the dessert, spray cream on desserts abolished!

I only give 5 stars because you can't get more. Just left this very nice restaurant, spectacular amatriciana, starter with cheese and pears, delicious gnocchi, truffle, porcini mushrooms and sausage, as good as the amatriciana. Congratulations also for your kindness. Well done

A small trattoria at the entrance to Frosinone's historic center, run by a welcoming and helpful lady and her children. We came here because we were inspired by the reviews. However, in our opinion, something is missing to make the dishes excellent, such as the cacio e pere risotto. Despite the owner's explanation of the preparation, the pear flavor was absent, overpowered by the gorgonzola. We're sure she'll take our comments into consideration, as she appreciated our honesty in acknowledging the undisputed quality of the ingredients, but felt they needed a better balance.

Passing through Frosinone, I come across this very welcoming trattoria. I order a crouton with gorgonzola and pears and two pasta dishes. Everything was really good, generous portions and a really good price, I recommend you go there and try everything a little!
