The food is average, but I'd say it's more than good, especially the sweet Naruto fries that you can't find everywhere. The games for children are excellent; there's a tube where your child can enter and you won't see them again for a long time. The bathrooms are gender-specific, so be careful where you go, but they're still clean.

A very large and clean place with very friendly staff. We ate quickly and the food was freshly prepared, while the little ones enjoyed the interactive games. We'll definitely be back.

It started out with a bang, with higher-than-average prices, but well-justified by the superior quality and wide selection. Shortly after, I don't know why, everything went downhill: cold, incorrect products, and rude service. I've been there today and I'm completely disappointed. The service is fast and courteous, the products are good, and above all, well-prepared and hot. The offers and various coupons you can get with the crowns in the app are excellent. For a different kind of evening, to avoid the usual fast food, I'd recommend it.

I don't know about the one on Via Faentina, but the Pala de Andre shop is better than McDonald's. The staff is friendly and helpful, the place is clean, and the fries and sandwiches are delicious. I highly recommend them, and they also serve you at your table.

Bruschetteria - caffetteria La Villa

24/08/2025: Well, a menu of just a few bruschettas, to be precise, almost all of them are mushroom-based, as if we were in Bagno di Romagna in the mountains. We're used to something else when it comes to bruschetta, but the more famous ones are missing. Anyway, the waiters are not very friendly, apathetic, and not very bright. A very nice place with these bizarre characters. They have a nervous demeanor that made me feel uncomfortable the whole time.
24/08/2025: We went to this place for the first time, intrigued by the menu we saw on the website: a wide variety of bruschetta flavors and many other options. When we arrived, the place wasn't packed, but the service was very slow. We waited about 15 minutes without anyone bringing us the menu. When it finally arrived, we noticed that there were less than half the options we'd seen online: the bruschetta was few and uninteresting, and we were disappointed. We didn't say anything because we were already annoyed by the slowness and lack of friendliness. We ordered anyway, but the wait was almost an hour, despite the place being half-empty. The waiters, young and somewhat inexperienced, seemed inattentive: the first thing they do when a customer is seated is bring a menu or water immediately, not after 20 minutes. What can I say? The bread is good... and the price is fair. The place is well-kept, but the service is cold, distant, and unwelcoming, and it really detracted from the experience. It's a shame, because with a little more attention and warmth, it could have been much better. We won't be returning.

28/01/2025: Este es un restaurante de alta cocina escondido en un hermoso entorno , que sirve magnífica comida y vinos a precios asequibles con un maravilloso equipo a cargo. ¡He estado aquí dos veces ahora - ambas veces soberbio - no puedo esperar para ir de nuevo!
27/12/2024: Locale particolare,accogliente,discreto,si trova nel centro di Ravenna. Personale disponibile,cordiale e preparato. Propongono,oltre la scelta alla carta,dei percorsi di mare e di terra e un percorso a mano libera dello chef. Abbiamo optato per il percorso mare. Un piacevole entree di benvenuto,interessante e di gusto.Carpaccio di ricciola alla puttanesca,ben calibrato e gustoso.Gnocchi con cime di rapa,calamari e capperi.Branzino in verdure e salsa di pesce.Interessante il pre dessert e infine crostatina pere zenzero e cioccolato.Valida la carta dei vini,abbiamo scelto prosecco Valdobbiadene brut Merotto Bareta.Piatti curati e prodotti di buona qualità,peccato che le quantità erano veramente ridotte,tali da non permettere un sufficiente giudizio su quanto proposto.Portare in tavola una quantità ridotta di pane e solo 5 grissini di numero pone dubbi su quali saranno i risultati al termine del pasto al riguardo di aver placato la fame.Torneremo scegliendo piatti alla carta,sperando di cogliere la stessa qualità ma con una quantità adeguata.
