It's a chain inside a shopping mall frequented by young people who are sometimes rude, so the tables aren't always tidy. But I've spent a lot of time there and I've noticed how much effort they put into maintaining order and cleanliness. Fantastic! Very helpful and smiling staff. 💪🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff were friendly, efficient, and took great care with orders. (We ordered from the screen without realizing that our order was for vegetarians. As soon as we sat down, the clerk came over to ask for confirmation. We're not vegetarians, so thanks to her insight, we ate well.) I'm sharing this to show you how much it means when someone cares about what they do. Thanks to the staff!

But is it normal for the bathroom to be more "passable" than the rest of the room in terms of cleanliness? It honestly makes me want to vomit, eating at (wobbly) tables that clearly haven't been cleaned in a while! Slow service, probably due to the lack of staff, even on a Saturday lunchtime when you can imagine it being packed!

Always good to dine in or takeaway at Burger King. Good food, good service, good price. There's an interactive play room for children. It's a great idea, so children can play without touching anything by hands. It was fun. Toilets for customers are available.

I have no complaints about the environment and the service, everyone was friendly and everything was very good but the children... the day the children's room is removed, they will be able to eat peacefully, I'm sorry to have to complain about certain things but they are unbearable. they shout too much, 4 times I went and 4 times I got nervous while I was eating, obviously it's the parents' fault, but I think it's not optimal to have their space in the center of the place; where, wherever you sit, you can hear their cries.
