Catapulted into a room reminiscent of a perfectly winter-themed mountain cabin, warm and welcoming, with meticulous attention to detail in the furnishings and table setting, we discovered this burger joint that left us very satisfied. We began with an amuse bouche that perfectly anticipated the flavors we later found in the sandwiches, featuring top-quality meat and decidedly satisfying and comforting accompaniments of sauces, cheeses, and various toppings. We also want to highlight the crispy, well-made fries. The only criticisms were the somewhat slow service and the aesthetically unhelpful choice of sauce on the bun instead of in the bun, making it obviously impractical to eat with your hands (for us, convenience always comes before the foodporn visual effect, especially since the sandwich would have been just as beautiful to look at). We also had a small complaint about the slightly higher-than-average €3 cover charge.

It's like stepping into a Bud Spencer and Terence Hill movie: a saloon atmosphere, all wood, warm lighting, and a truly refined and evocative setting. The place has a strong identity and immediately makes you feel like you're in the right place for "tough guy" dining. The burgers are excellent, plentiful, and juicy, but the real highlight is the grilled meat: delicious and high-quality, perfectly cooked, and incredibly flavorful. You can tell the ingredients are carefully selected. Overall, the food is excellent. The only downside is the service, which is a bit slow: we waited, especially for the bill. You can tell the staff is sparse for the size of the place, and they're not always very knowledgeable. Overall, though, it's an absolutely worthwhile place for its atmosphere and cuisine. With more experienced service, it would truly be top-notch.

From Salento to Tito... it was a moment 😅 but the pleasure that accompanied us throughout dinner was long! Everything was perfect, tasty, and just right - it will be our regular stop in Basilicata. Not to be missed... We recommend it 🫂

I've been a loyal customer for years now. I always travel 40 km to get the best burgers and meat in the area! They have excellent beers, wines, and desserts. There's nothing I don't like about this place...the welcome, the warmth, the service, the attention to detail, the quality of all the food...for me, it's the TOP! I highly recommend trying this place at least once in your life. You won't regret it...and rest assured...you'll be back! 😅

My daughters said, Dad, give it 5 stars. Everything was excellent. The meat was "made" by them, and the sandwiches were also delicious. The service was exquisite and the staff was top-notch. Go there.

I've traveled extensively throughout Italy for work, but this place is by far the place where I've eaten the best meat!! Special meats, both locally sourced and a selection of premium cuts with perfect aging. I found the staff to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and the quality/price ratio was excellent. If I didn't live 700 km away, I'd be a frequent customer. Definitely worth trying and recommending!
