Located in the center of a small town, San Giorgio a Cremano, far from Naples, this extremely elegant establishment offers prices that are lower than the exceptional quality! The wine list is top-notch! And the owner makes the sandwiches, and I'm bored of talking about how delicious each sandwich is, only to forget about the meat, which is always cooked to perfection! Criticizing this place is for NON-CONNOISSEURS!
Unfortunately, not everyone appreciates good food!

First time here for dinner with friends.
Very varied menu, with the option to build your own sandwich. Kudos to the bread dough, which I also tried for the appetizers. Fresh ingredients, and everything was inviting.
It's a shame about the dessert; it wasn't Pan di Stelle, and I didn't like it. We ask our guests not to smoke e-cigarettes in the dining room! We're not at a spa.

The service and food quality were top-notch.
We met master pizza chef Gianni Barone, who created the dough and pizzas on the menu, and we were amazed by his innovative and well-structured recipes. The service was excellent, and the signature Kbirr beer, as always, lived up to the expectations of those who know and appreciate the product. Highly recommended.

A Taste Experience at Bros and Bun – Combining Research, Local Culture, and Creativity
An excellent dinner at Bros and Bun in San Giorgio: each dish reflects care, technique, and a desire to experiment, while never losing sight of the local tradition.
We started with a surprising Nerano Tartare: top-quality meat (Bros selection), accompanied by a gourmet reinterpretation of a Nerano sauce, chantilly cream with Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, caviar, and basil powder. An explosion of balance and freshness, with julienned zucchini adding crunch.
Then came the Padellino Tonnè, a double-cooked pizza (steamed and baked) topped with slow-cooked roast beef, tuna sauce, black olive powder, and lemon zest. Subtle yet bold, with surprising citrus aromas.
The sandwich of choice was the Mamma d'o Carmene, a tribute to tradition: homemade crispy bread (the result of the team's experience and experimentation), crumbled sausage, river chili peppers, buffalo scamorza, and a unique yellow datterino ketchup. Delicious, flavorful, perfectly balanced between sweet and spicy.
We finished with a red fruit and caramel cheesecake: creamy, not cloying, beautifully crafted with a contrasting acidity and sweetness.
Attentive and friendly service, an atmosphere meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail. The restaurant continues to stand out for its strong identity and consistent quality.
A place that remains a reference, always with something new to discover.

We went as a group (10 people). We tried many different dishes, including meat-based main courses. The quality was excellent, even exceeding our expectations. I'll definitely be back.
