We had the opportunity to meet at the Milan fair. The staff was warm and friendly, as always, and we felt like we were in Calabria. The beer was excellent, but we wanted to bring back a souvenir from the brewery for the Christmas holidays: the panettone with 'nduja and pecorino cheese. This bitter surprise disappointed us during the family's holiday season. With deep regret, we believe it was a faulty panettone, a batch poorly preserved for transport, and possibly contaminated by mold and humidity. We are disappointed by what happened and believe there was an unfortunate logistical inconvenience. As evidence, we are leaving behind pictures of the panettone as a warning for the future.
