After the overdose of fried foods etc., a nice hot bowl was in order. Very good and healthy.. ...to the classic offer of Naples cuisine. Bowl offers the opportunity to eat healthy, tasty and balanced. Very high imagination in the composition of the 'bowl salads' (if desired there is also the possibility of composing it however you want), excellent quality of the ingredients and kindness of the staff, made our dinner a pleasant surprise...which from the overcrowded offer of fried and leavened foods of the city...a bit of detox and lightness was needed as the last day in Naples 😅

We ordered a bowl of chicken and another of tuna, both were quite good and consistent in quality and price for this type of product. To vary or get away from the typical food, it is a good option.

Yesterday night we went there for some healthy bowls. Not just we loved the bowls we took but also enjoyed the custom-made fruit yogurt dessert the chef prepared for us. We highly recommend this place for its bowls and service

This restaurant is definitely worth the detour! The bowls are excellent, the portions generous and contrary to what I have read, the salmon is in sufficient quantity. Original recipe that allows you to cool down in summer. Very pleasant and fast service. Affordable prices. To test 👍

Very good way to get away from all the usual pizza and pasta. Very nice service and location. Just off the main road and close to shops.

We were staying just round the corner and were delighted to find this unassuming healthy eatery nearby. There is a large menu of tempting delights to try; all tasted as good as they looked. It was a welcome change from pizza and pasta! Very friendly and helpful service and takeaway available.
