Excellent coffee, polite and very kind staff

The location is truly pleasant: new, well-maintained, and with an atmosphere that invites you to linger. The idea of ​​combining a bar, delicatessen, and bakery is also interesting and could offer a lot. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the coffee, which was decidedly burnt. A crucial detail for a place of this type, and one that leaves a bitter taste in the mouth—in every sense of the word. I hope they can improve this aspect, because there's potential.

Unfortunately, my review isn't positive. Let me start by saying that the place is truly beautiful, with all-glass walls that make it elegant and well-soundproofed. A fellow diner at our table and I shared the same craft beer and a cooked octopus sandwich. The beer was served a few minutes later, but unfortunately, it was warm. After we pointed this out to the (very kind) girl serving us, she promptly replaced it with colder beers (they weren't ice cold, but they were fine). Once the sandwich arrived, although beautiful in appearance, the disappointment hit with the first bite. Everything was cold: bread, octopus, and turnips; then, if you factor in the burrata, which is obviously cold from the refrigerator, the result was almost unpleasant and tasteless. To remedy this, we added some salt to the sandwich. Such basic mistakes can be corrected immediately: never serve warm beer and cold food.

Very nice new place. I stopped by for a hot chocolate this afternoon. The chocolate was excellent, with cookies included in the price. The waitress, Layla, was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. I'll definitely be back!

Good morning everyone, I'm from Udine, I came down for vacation and happened upon this new place. I was really impressed by the new and modern location. The staff was very friendly and helpful despite the large influx of customers, so there was a bit of a wait, but it was worth it for the quality of the final product... everything was delicious, highly recommended!!!
