Bottega Coquinaria In Falvaterra

A truly refined restaurant, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I really enjoyed the food: well-prepared dishes, fresh ingredients, and balanced flavors. The service was also friendly and attentive. A place where you eat well and feel at ease from start to finish.

Good evening, we were in this little restaurant in the centre of Falvaterra, a clean and very welcoming place, the food was delicious, the cold cuts were local and very tasty, the first course with Falvaterra sauce was delicious and the desserts were very good, the waiter was kind and very polite. Truly congratulations!

A quick lunch with friends. The carbonara was excellent, and everyone loved it. It's always a pleasure to return to this restaurant; it truly feels like home. 🙂

Lunch is served in the square in the shade of the tower. Rustic but very pleasant.

The location is beautiful, set in a small square with a breathtaking view. The food is excellent, and the staff is welcoming and courteous. We will definitely be back.

Excellent ingredients, excellent workmanship and a lot of courtesy

The restaurant is located in the nearby Falvaterra square, small but well-kept. The food was decent; there were 10 of us, and the appetizer was super generous and high-quality. For starters, we had cacio e pepe and gnocchi with scampi cream. Unfortunately, after the appetizer, they informed us they'd run out of gnocchi, so we couldn't try them. The cacio e pepe was good but quite salty, and the fried fish and sliced steak were good, while the vegetables were full of water and oil. The staff is courteous, very kind, and patient. All in all, we'll definitely be back!

Me and my daughters had a wonderful evening at Bottega Coquinaria. We initially had drinks out the front of the restaurant, taking in the beautiful village. The evening had a relaxed pace, we were able to stay out front as long as we wanted. When we were ready for food, we then were taken to our table on the stone terrace that overlooks the valley below, with stunning views of the countryside. We settled in and enjoyed a three course meal of local dishes, again with a relaxed pace that you don't seem to get in England. The staff were friendly and helpful despite my very limited Italian. The recommended a great local wine and ensured that we were well looked after. The setting was even more picturesque as the sun went down and the evening was definitely one of the highlights of our holiday.

We ate with a beautiful view, the platter was good, average for the place, unfortunately we didn't like the tagliatelle ripassata but that's okay on a bad day, neutral opinion, probably we didn't guess a good day.
