One of the best pizzas!.. excellent dough and imagination in the ingredients... tried it with porchetta... truly excellent!...💯👍 every year on holiday a fixed stop.

Abbiamo trovato questa pizzeria per caso siamo rimasti soddisfatti delle pizze con una svariata scelta di farine, tempi di attesa brevi e il personale e’gentile e disponibile…..ci ritorneremo sicuramente 👍🏻

27/08/2024: I have been to Maurizio Protopapa's Osteria three times, the first with my parents and my brother, the second to celebrate my brother's graduation and the third with a group of friends. All three times I was satisfied with both the food and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the owner of the business
26/08/2024: Excellent restaurant in the heart of Martano. Welcoming location inside while the outside one, in a historic alley in the centre, is truly very suggestive. Excellent traditional Salento dishes. Precise, punctual and very courteous service. For us who are loyal customers it's a bit like coming home every time. Thanks for everything
