The food saved the evening, the service… leaves much to be desired. The food was excellent. Try the tasting menu, the octopus burger, pure madness! In a table of 5 we tried about 60% of the menu. Excellently cooked and eaten! The service leaves much to be desired.

The outdoor tables are located in front of the Tropea Cathedral. As an appetizer, we had the tartare with truffle and immediately knew we were going to eat very well. The Sila potatoes as a side dish were the perfect choice.

I visited this lovely place last weekend, with extremely friendly staff and fast service.
In addition to drinks, we had fries and two sandwiches: one with round steak and tuna sauce and one with a burger and mortadella, both really good. I personally can't wait to return on my next vacation!
Highly recommended, both for the quality of the food and the courtesy of the waiters and manager.

A very charming place located opposite the Tropea Cathedral. The menu is varied, with a wide selection of sandwiches (a highlight). The bread used is excellent, soft and flavorful. The staff was extremely helpful and efficient. Service was quick. Prices were reasonable for the quality (€110 for two sandwiches, a fish appetizer, a dessert, and two bottles of wine).

I had the best burger of my life, but the staff was very rude, annoyed, and unhelpful.
The price was fair, but I still recommend it for the quality of the food.

Alla Bottega Calabra non solo si mangia divinamente, ma ci si sente anche come se si fosse a casa. La passione, in questo magico angolo d’Italia, si respira a pieni polmoni. Veniteci se volete portare a casa il vostro miglior ricordo di Tropea.
