Unique place: exceptional staff and a very well-stocked venue

There's always the issue of being able to pay with a card. For example, they'll charge you for bills, but if you want to top up your cell phone/smartphone, they don't accept card payments; only cash! They say it's by law. I haven't argued with them, but I have some legitimate concerns. Be careful, if you find yourself without a cell phone top-up, bring cash, otherwise you risk not being able to make calls with your smartphone. I had to return home without a top-up; I'm disabled!
