A very nice spa that organizes various courses. Well-maintained, with friendly staff and skilled instructors.

We can't really recommend the thermal baths. There's no sauna during the week! Unfortunately, there's no shaded outdoor area to lie down.

I was really impressed by Garda Thermae: a perfect oasis of relaxation! The pool is clean, large and relaxing, ideal for unwinding. The spa is well organized, with well-kept spaces and a relaxing atmosphere. Contrary to some negative reviews I read around, it is not noisy at all. No annoying music, just a quiet and silent environment, perfect for those seeking true relaxation. An experience that I recommend without reservations. I will definitely be back!

Great experience at Garda Thermae! My friend and I wanted to spoil ourselves and we definitely did! We really enjoyed the Tibetan bowls session with Albino and the augufuss with Stefano and Walter. Lovely swimming pool, sauna, steam bath. A special thanks to Maret for the kindness and professionalism. We will come back for sure!!😊

Fantastic sauna area! Every infusion is an experience, like a performance, a dance. Even the sound ceremony in the relaxation room was an absolute Zen experience. The staff were very courteous, motivated, and made us, as Germans, very welcome and guided us through the spa. Not to mention the small refreshment area with plenty of drinks and fruit after the infusions. Highly recommended :)

First time at Garda Thermae, I really liked it. I only used the wellness area which, although not very big, really satisfied me. The environment is very well-kept and relaxing, I really appreciated the fact that the staff suggested the correct path to follow when spending time in an environment like this (personally I have always had the habit of using saunas, Turkish baths, somewhat random paths on vacation. There is a relaxation area where herbal teas and fresh fruit and vegetables are regularly stocked up. A place to return to.

Price and service I would say are very well balanced.

The two of us were in the sauna area on Maundy Thursday. It had been raining quite a bit, so it was super pleasant in the sauna. It was open from 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Price 32.50 euros per person. We all took part in the infusions at 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. The infusions got better and better each time. Small, tidy and cozy sauna area. The outdoor pool was closed. But it was raining heavily anyway. Unsweetened tea and fresh cold drinks without sugar, as well as apples, are available. There were always some extra vegetables such as fennel. Water is also available. Salt for salt peeling is available. Care is taken to ensure that the sauna area is quiet. There are saunas with 95, 60, 55 degrees and a steam room. Unfortunately, there are also permanent deck chair covers in Italy. Towels are on the lounge chairs, but people are not lying on them. So we didn't have a chance to lie down. Price/performance for sauna goers is absolutely fine for what is on offer.
