Bistrò Thermae In Arco

The thermal bath is great. The surroundings are super beautiful. The water is pleasant in summer. Not too hot. The entrance fees are humane. €9.50 for 2 hours. The opening times at Spmmer are ok. 10:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. But in winter the pool is only open on weekends. That's too bad. They are only open for classes during the week. Since Corona. It used to be open almost every day. It's a shame because there are no other good swimming options in Riva. So you can only swim if there aren't too many people there. The bathroom is not very big. I hope that the opening times will be adjusted again in winter.

I was there in June 2024 because my partner was playing golf 🏌️ and I spent the time there. The very small thermal baths. is actually only suitable for sauna goers..!! When you enter you don't get any information about what you can do in there. Outside there are 2 small shallow thermal pools with bubble loungers, some of which didn't work with very warm water. On the lawn you lie on the deckchairs, without a parasol. 🥺 or possibility to find shade..🥺🤷‍♀️in the heat!! 👎There was no one there to ask anything.!!

Excellent service, trained staff and beautiful, relaxing location. We went on a Saturday afternoon and there were Aufguss every hour. It was a little crowded Anyway Nice experience :) Thank you

I'm sorry I can't give 5 stars because the place is really beautiful, well looked after, clean and the Sauna masters are very creative. But the girl with the Spanish accent who keeps going "Shhhhhh" and addressing customers in an unkind way is really excessive. Maybe people like to chat since everyone talks when they are in the queue (the queue forms 20 minutes before)... In any case, there is a big difference between asking them to lower their voices and keeping quiet like the teacher does with children.
