Bistro Schlaneiderhof In Meltina

We were on a hiking trip and had lunch here! Very friendly service and the food was excellent for a bistro!

A wonderful holiday at the Schlaneiderhof. We spent 14 days at the Schlaneiderhof and couldn't find anything to criticize. The room was always spotlessly clean, and the view from the balcony is priceless. The menu Julia conjured up in the kitchen every evening was always top-notch. We never had a repeat meal. The breakfast left nothing to be desired, and the service staff was refreshingly friendly. The freshly tapped beer from Markus or the delicious cake, also baked by Julia, on the Schlaneiderhof terrace after a hike were always particularly good. Thank you Elisabeth, Markus, and Julia for the wonderful holiday in your fantastic landscape on the Tschöggelberg. We would love to come back.

We've just spent 6 carefree and relaxing days. It was so good not having to worry about gluten-free food and contamination! Special requests (vegetarian) were also accommodated. The evening menu was always a feast for the eyes! There's truly a lot of love in it! The packed lunches were delicious and perfect for hiking! Very nice rooms and super comfortable beds. There's only one "complaint" ;): since the (super-awesome) guided e-mountain bike tour, our son has been talking about full suspension bikes only and now absolutely wants one of those ;), or rather, only vacations in the mountains with a mountain bike! But now we know where we can have such a vacation! Thank you for the wonderful time! A hotel with charm and warmth!

We just returned from our vacation at the Schlaneiderhof and wished we could have stayed longer. We had a wonderful time! The half-board package included breakfast and a three-course dinner. At lunchtime, we also had the option of eating something in the bistro. And best of all: everything is easy and delicious, and gluten-free! You can rent e-bikes or join tours. There are countless hiking trails in the surrounding area, including trails specifically for children (Köfeleweg, Haflingerweg, etc.).

Simply incredibly great hotel. Great food, great rooms and great staff. Only recommended.
