The only place that was open at the time was to sit outside...very modern furnishings...we had a farmer's toast that was ok but served a little carelessly.

We have been customers of this enchanting place for three years. Everything perfect, cleanliness, service, location and above all good food and wine. You can also eat gluten-free. Excellent and fresh desserts. I highly recommend.

A gem! Quiet location and a great starting point for hiking, the bus stop right in front of the house, free parking, hotel bike rental, large hotel terrace including table tennis and trampoline. The hotel offers guided mountain bike tours and Pilates courses. Our room was modern and cozy, had an incredibly comfortable bed and a fantastic panoramic view from the balcony. We had half board: delicious breakfast and equally delicious three-course menu in the evening plus salad bar and great wine selection. So all around great and recommended!

We ate in the bistro after a hike and it tasted great. We particularly liked that all the dishes are gluten-free. However, you don't taste it or notice it. There is a small playground for children.

Our vacation at Schlaneiderhof was a dream! The stars here are not enough to describe how comfortable we felt there. The team was magical, the food was absolutely great and the rooms with balconies and sensational views were truly unique. We really enjoyed it and would vacation there again at any time. Best regards!

Restaurant Ustaria Posta

18/12/2024: I became aware of the Ustaria Posta restaurant through Igor's YouTube videos. My reservation was immediately confirmed by email. We received a friendly welcome from the service and were served attentively. As a starter we ordered a portion of spinach ravioli with parmesan cheese and melted butter. The Parmesan cheese went perfectly with the ravioli. A pleasure! For the main course we ordered onion roast beef and the hamburger in Ladin rye bread. It was so delicious! I liked it so much that I ordered a table for myself and my family for New Year's Day.
05/11/2024: Frequento la Val Badia ed in particolare Corvara dal 1986; ad agosto di quest'anno, dopo un assenza che risaliva soltanto al gennaio 2023, ho trovato 3 dei miei ristoranti abitualmente frequentati chiusi (uno addirittura per carenza di personale....!!! Baahhh) ed 1 decisamente impazzito a causa dei prezzi lievitati, che inducono a fuggire a gambe levate soltanto alla lettura del menù. Mi sono pertanto recato a cena nei paesi limitrofi e mi sono imbattuto in questo hotel/ristorante, che propone una cucina del territorio con eccellente materia prima, servizio cortese e puntuale (accetta prenotazioni) a prezzi corretti per quanto offerto. Squisita pasta e fagioli, tagliata, canederli.. Ancora di salvezza rispetto ai prezzi ormai drogati della valle. Tornerò.
