Brewery in Pralungo near Biella, where they also serve a selection of sandwiches, charcuterie and cheese platters, stuffed focaccias, and their delicious craft beer in their dedicated room. Reservations are recommended, as the space isn't huge, but it's unique and welcoming for an evening with friends. Prices are in line with the products served. Recommended.
