What can I say... my favorite pub, not just for the atmosphere but also for the beers offered by master brewer Claudio. It's a lovely, quiet atmosphere, almost always packed, with friendly and always helpful staff. The beers are fantastic. I recommend the Cimina, the Tribe, and the Francigena, all three of which are truly excellent. Tribe is known for its 9% alcohol content, which has now become 12%, but it's excellent. The food is very good, and the prices are excellent. I recommend it for an evening with friends or even just for a drink. Large garden, both indoor and outdoor parking, easily accessible on foot or by car. There are board games to pass the time, and the music is also pleasant. When it's packed, you can barely talk, but that's normal! What else can I say? Very clean place, my favorite.

We went to the Itineris brewery for the first time, having discovered it by chance at the Montefiascone 2025 festival. A great discovery. Despite the crowds, we quickly ate two burgers, one of which was vegetarian. Perhaps the only thing I'd recommend is reviewing the type and cooking of the fries; craft beers would be perfect. We drank two excellent beers: the Fallisca and the Tribe! Very good! Highly recommended! The beer is superb! Finally, a brewery just steps from home!

The beer is very good. But the food is also good and very varied, so it's a winning combination. Fast and accurate service. Fair price. We'll be back.

Very nice place and friendly staff. The sandwiches are very good in my opinion. Only the fries were a little cold, but they were good.
