Great pub! Their flagship are the beers: all craft and made by them. Unique and very, very good. Relaxed and friendly staff. The choice of food is good and does its job: fill your belly so you can continue drinking beer! I especially found the burgers all very good - to the point that I would advise the place to reduce the other food choices to focus on a list of dishes that they are sure to do perfectly.

16/07/2025: A beautiful place located in the historic center of Viterbo. Beautiful and clean location. Excellent local products, with a truly excellent quality/price ratio. They also offer the option of purchasing typical local products, which are the same ones served to customers. The taglierissimo is highly recommended: a platter for two with a wide variety of typical local and homemade products. Excellent for both an aperitif and a quick but substantial dinner.
23/06/2025: We stopped for lunch on Saturday: everything was delicious, freshly prepared but without long waits. A simple lunch but a discovery, but also a rediscovery, of typical flavors and of the highest quality.

21/06/2025: After a long time we enjoyed a nice dinner, from the appetizer to the coffee. One thing better than the other. I found in the flavors and the welcome my grandmother's cooking combined with the quality of the raw materials, that extra pinch of modernity and the kindness of all the staff. Personally I fell in love with that smoked beef carpaccio. It melts in your mouth 🥰, not to mention the first courses and everything else. Definitely to be repeated 💪🏻
