Birrificio eureka In Castrocielo

We went to Birrificio Eureka primarily for the beer – unfortunately, it didn't really impress us. We tried all three beers and found them rather mediocre: a bit too bland for our taste, with a slightly metallic finish. There's definitely room for improvement here. The food was okay, but nothing special. We wouldn't come here just for the food – it wasn't our main reason for visiting. The service was outstanding: extremely friendly, attentive, and very pleasant. We also think the concept itself is great and intriguing. Perhaps it ultimately comes down to personal taste, but for us, it was a bit disappointing overall – we hope, however, that the beer selection, in particular, will improve. Of the three beers, the IPA was our favorite, a summer beer, but even here we've had much better.
