Great place to hang out with friends, quality craft beer and a wide choice to take away; delightful place and fantastic staff at the tables; the place in the countryside makes for an excellent setting. Good plates and cutting boards.

The FIRST LEVEL CRAFT BEER COURSE organized by POLSINELLI ended a few hours ago and in a two-day full immersion Francesco guided us in the creation of homemade craft beer, with simplicity and passion that distinguish and are fully reflected in HIS BEER ARTISANAL!!!!!! THANK YOU

You can't get more artisanal beer than this! Produced by Francesco and Giorgio, it can be enjoyed directly in their restaurant combined with one of their wonderful Ciociara twist sandwiches. My favorites are definitely La Paesana, Federiga and Oro and obviously the crispy ciociaro!

21/07/2024: Nice and quiet restaurant in the heart of Fiuggi. Excellent food, with attention to detail. Five-star service, really nice and courteous waiters. Average prices and generous portions. We will be back.
13/07/2024: You eat very well, you are welcomed by kind staff, the atmosphere is familiar. The right costs. There are not many places, so it is important to book. I ate outside, but I think there is also an inside room. If you go to Fiuggi I would do it in a hurry.
