Friendly and competent staff. Fast service and simple but warm environment. Very high quality of raw material. Excellent craft beers of their own production and excellent sandwiches. Too bad about the absence of french fries.

Nel cuore della Ciociaria si trova il Birrificio Ciociaro con piccola selezione di birre artigianali ricche di gusto, aromi e colori. Possibilità di gustare formaggi e affettati della zona. Il locale molto semplice e spartano che caratterizza l’anima del birrificio. Personale gentile. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Consigliato per un gruppo di amici e una degustazione in compagnia.

31/03/2025: Here I ate the best Roman dishes I have ever eaten! We had the classics: cacio e pepe, carbonara and amatriciana, trays in the center of the table so that everyone could taste everything, very high quality with large portions! You will also be surprised by the enormous pieces of bacon (which you can't find anywhere anymore). The staff and chef were very kind and professional. Highly recommended!
