I was given the brewery tour as a gift by my girlfriend. What can I say? As a drinker I discovered new things, congratulations to the two owner brothers for how they started, where they arrived and where they will arrive. Sensational beer and delicious local products.

4 stars only for the beer, which would also deserve 5, but a compromise must be found because the food is not the best. The nachos tasted commercial and cheap, while the platter was very good. The burger, unfortunately, had a lot of hard pieces and the vegetables were nothing special. The "Zuccotto" sandwich was not bursting with flavor at any point. The chocolate cake, I think defrosted in the microwave, was still frozen on the outside, while the plate was red hot, so more attention would be needed. The service guys are very kind and nice, but a little inexperienced, and the environment is too careless. The beer is among the best ever.
