I highly recommend it! The place is very welcoming, the manager is friendly and professional, the food is excellent, and the beer is delicious.

Absolutely beautiful location on a random side street. The inner courtyard is wonderful, you sit under a canopy of grape leaves while you enjoy their beer and their food. We had lunch here and the mutton burger was excellent and the flank steak with fried radicchio was really good as well. High recommendation!

We stumbled upon this place almost by chance with friends during a motorcycle tour of central Sardinia. We were pleasantly surprised by the food, the location, the atmosphere, and the hospitality. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location, especially the exterior, a true highlight of the town. We had the opportunity to stay a night in Sedilo on our tour of Sardinia, and this brewery is definitely a stop we highly recommend: delicious craft beers at a great price (€2 a beer) and amazing food! For vegetarian friends, we recommend the burger, served with homemade potato chips, and the grilled ravioli. The staff were friendly and welcoming; we'll definitely be back!

A beautiful place to discover in Sedilo Friendly welcome Quality dishes

An absolutely welcoming place in a village with typical architecture and ancient basalt walls. The village's history is linked to the construction of the dam (dismantled and rebuilt identically to prevent it from being submerged by the waters and disappearing). The owner welcomes you in Italian and English and offers a double menu. The local products are divine, a visual delight and a taste explosion. The presentation is perfect. Meals can be enjoyed indoors or outdoors, and the humorous wall decor will delight you. The terrace is unique; I invite you to visit. The prices are very affordable, the plates are generous, and the glasses are well-filled with house beer or local wine.

Non delude anzi….eccezionale questo birrificio con cucina, ottimo servizio e cucina vera e Km zero. Servizio veloce e cortese, birra di assoluta eccellenza. Per cortesia utilizzate anche i bicchieri da 40 e da 1 litro di birra. Grazie
