Excellent quality craft brewery.

Yesterday I took a tour and tasting for my wedding anniversary. At first, given the anniversary, I didn't understand what was so romantic about it, but then I changed my mind. The location at the malt house is truly evocative. I found the tour incredibly helpful in understanding what we actually put in our bodies. The difference between artisanal and industrial beer is quite striking in terms of taste and health. The price of craft beer is a bit higher because, objectively, the processing makes the product better and healthier. I have to say, since yesterday I've convinced myself to only buy craft beer. Sometimes, to save a little, you can deprive yourself of truly good things. Highly recommended.

The brewery tour was a wonderful experience. Knowing the history helps us better understand the passion that inspired and brought this project to life. Excellent tasting among the rows of hops. Definitely worth repeating. Highly recommended!

Excellent beer poured directly from the producer for the consumer

I already knew some of their products, which I find excellent, but last night was wonderful. I participated in a picnic in the hop grove, an event the company organizes periodically. After a tour of the company that showed us how they produce their beer, the evening concluded with a tasting of their beers along with typical Salento products, among the rows of hop groves. Pallets served as tables and hay bales covered with thick sheets served as benches. A magical atmosphere. The food pairings with the various beers were carefully considered. All accompanied by live music and dancing. A wonderful evening like few others. I highly recommend booking one of the many events offered by this company; you won't regret it. I'm even more enthusiastic about promoting their products, a truly excellent, all-Italian beer, or rather, from Salento. Try it and believe it.
