Super cozy restaurant, super knowledgeable owners, kind, welcoming, and attentive to their customers. Each dish was a combination of flavors. Chef Matteo was brilliant, I highly recommend him, truly Michelin-starred.

A unique experience in a rustic setting with careful selection of raw materials for their dishes

Calling the Ciasa dò Parè farmhouse a "visit" is truly an understatement. It's a true experience! It doesn't take much to understand. For me, along with a large group of others in the valley for a few days of end-of-season trekking, it was enough to meet the cheerful Alessandro upon our arrival. He's the one who welcomes us. A few words are enough to understand that the story of the "mountain farmer" is one woven from the heart by those who truly love these places, respect them, and have made it a way of life where they and their family grow together. The same warmth and passion can be seen in the gentle eyes of Aurora, his wife. She carefully explains what's inside the many jars found in the farm's small shop, prepared with genuine ingredients and many interesting combinations that exude the flavor of the mountains. I didn't have time to stay long or to dine at their osteria. But it will certainly be one of the things to do when returning to this beautiful valley. Congratulations for the kind and genuine message you convey.

The dinner was divine: everything was tasty and delicious. The staff was attentive and happy to chat (an increasingly rare trait). Even though it was busy, we never felt like a number, but rather like customers. I can't wait to return.

Colloco questa esperienza tra le mie top 3, e ne frequento di ristoranti. Locale di cucina slow food che esalta i suoi piatti sfruttando le erbe raccolte localmente. Ho preso spatzle con ragù bianco dj vitellone ( eccezionali ), un piatto di zucchine condite con erbe e un sughetto saporitissimo. Ho chiuso con una mousse al cioccolato bianco con sopra una granitina di sedano, con sopra altro sedano caramellato. Una vera goduria. Quando finisci un piatto e i sapori rimango nel palato, significa che i piatti sono favolosi.

Attesa lunghissima. Sinceramente siamo rimasti delusi della cena. Ottima presentazione dei piatti ed anche qualitativamente ma porzioni veramente misere. Molta apparenza ma poca sostanza. Prezzo alto per ciò che viene offerto. Nella zona ci sono molti altri locali che offrono di più in tutti i sensi. Non pensiamo di ritornarci
