Ho preso spatzle con ragù bianco dj vitellone ( eccezionali ), un piatto di zucchine condite con erbe e un sughetto saporitissimo. Ho chiuso con una mousse al cioccolato bianco con sopra una granitina di sedano, con sopra altro sedano caramellato. Una vera goduria. Quando finisci un piatto e i sapori rimango nel palato, significa che i piatti sono favolosi.
