Bento In Brindisi

Excellent experience. A little fleeting. I hope to return soon.

I discovered this restaurant by chance on Maps and because I really like sushi I went there, when I got there I was greeted by the owner and his wife, I ordered 8 California sushi, it was very tasty, I had one with the owner while I was there Nice conversation, he also has a certificate, I definitely recommend this shop!

What a gem of a place! A real treat for sushi lovers, and great surprise when traveling through a small town of Brindisi. I ate there 5 times during my stay in the area, the quality was always consistent, the fish was fresh and rice perfectly cooked. No cutting corners here! Looking forward to be back :)

Intimate and welcoming place, a small corner of Japan in the center of Brindisi. Excellent sushi, the best I've tried so far. To complete the circle, the friendly and pleasant service, which makes the experience even more pleasant. Would I go back? Absolutely yes.

We ate at Bento last night, there were four of us. Expectations were high because we had heard very good things about the chef and in fact the quality of the sushi is excellent, the preparation of the dishes is impeccable and the ingredients are very fresh. Too bad the wait was exhausting to say the least, we arrived at 9.40pm and left at midnight while still waiting for the second course which we obviously had to give up, reluctantly. But the most annoying thing was the fact that after a good hour of waiting, the table that arrived long after us was served instantly. What can I say... it's really a shame because the quality of the sushi is really high, perhaps the chef could organize himself better with help in the kitchen and another small suggestion is to take more care of the outdoor area!

Ate sushi for the first time in my life, here, at Bento. And I couldn't have ended up in a better place. I found the place very welcoming, clean and relaxing. Fausto and Pamela are really very professional, friendly and attentive to customer needs. All their passion shines through in serving their delicacies. The food is delicious and I will definitely return to try the various options on their menu. Thanks for the experience guys.
