I stayed there both as a couple and alone. In both cases I found the rooms with comfortable beds (double and single). Naturally the single room has a very small space, but in any case it is still appreciable in the context: all the comforts are there ( right the bathroom is a bit sacrificed). The building has been renovated, and you will no longer find the yellow plastered building as in the photos, but you will see a very pleasant light blue. There are two car parks where you can leave your car: one is right under the hotel (unattended), and the other one is immediately opposite, on the opposite side (always unattended). The staff has always been kind and helpful, and will do everything to satisfy your requests. Breakfast, included in price, it is quite complete. The pastry products are there, but sometimes there is a lot of choice, other times less. Only Pan Carrè available and a toaster to heat it. One food missing are eggs: none. it is also the possibility of having lunch and dinner on site with a fixed menu of meat or fish (which I have not tried), and you can decide from day to day by paying separately. The only disappointment I could make is the lack of a shelf in the bathroom above the sink (it was present in neither of the two rooms), convenient for placing accessories. Overall, for the amount of overnight stay requested, I would say that it is the best compromise among similar ones in the area,

I was on holiday with my family in this property discovered by chance. Very kind and competent staff. Clean and spacious rooms Excellent cuisine... Praise for the chef. We ate very well. Emanuela and Sonia are excellent hosts. A family-run hotel worthy of a 4 star. Compliments We will happily return We leave with a beautiful memory

Holiday stay, very kind and welcoming staff, clean room and linen change every 2 days, abundant and tasteful breakfast and dinner, products for celiacs available and good, recommended both for a short stop and for a stay.

Couple's holiday in the second half of July. Double room quite large, clean, equipped with fridge and air conditioning. Small but functional bathroom and quite large and comfortable shower. Change of sheets mid-week. We chose half board, we usually had dinner. The internal parking is small, but around (very close) there are possibilities to park comfortably. To reach the sea you need to walk a bit; the structure has an agreement with a lido and it is possible to pay directly at the hotel. Breakfast with a normal choice, with desserts prepared in the hotel: excellent. Cappuccino and coffee served at the table. As for dinner (also lunch), there is a fixed menu with a choice of meat and fish. All the dishes were good (some in the photos): the fish was fresh and well prepared. In my opinion the latter are better than the former. The cuisine is homemade, without "refinements" (especially in the presentation), and exquisite. I also recommend it as a restaurant (it is in fact also open to external customers, if there is availability). The service is helpful, kind...they make you feel "at home". We had a really good time, I wouldn't find any reason not to go back. Thank you!!

My partner and I stayed at Belvedere for ten days for our holiday in the Marche region. Our stay was very pleasant and this was favored by the kindness and friendliness of the staff, by the good cuisine (meat and fish according to tradition, and a breakfast rich especially in sweets!) and also by the cleanliness of the room (among other things very spacious!). We give 4 stars for the location of the hotel: unfortunately it faces a very busy road and a factory I think and this makes the nights very noisy. My fiancé and I don't like air conditioning and still preferred to keep the windows open and hear the noise. Of course this does not affect the quality of the stay in the slightest but it is fair to say for those who are hypersensitive to noise. However, the hotel is very close to the sea. And the very honest price should not be underestimated. We would happily return, perhaps for a next trip to central Italy! Thank you ❤️ Irene and Mirko, from Verona

Hotel quite close to the sea. fair service, staff a little cold. The breakfast is very abundant and satisfying. Rooms ok (towels, shower gel etc...) shame about the construction site on the terrace which prevented the view and access (as well as a slight privacy problem). Fair price for what was offered to us.

27/09/2024: Very characteristic place. Non-existent choice of food (a sandwich and 2 beers on the menu), probably this feature, enriched by a very grunge environment took me back to the social centers of the 90s (alas disappeared everywhere). Low costs.
07/09/2024: I love it, the staff is super friendly and the place is really cool. It drinks well.

31/12/2024: We have been going to Don Peppe for years now, we stop there after shopping in the shopping center which needs to be renovated, for the good food and also the excellent sandwiches, the good pizza especially the Serbian one I recommend it
22/11/2024: I have frequented this several times local, located inside the Campania Shopping Center in Marcianise (CE), however only now have I decided to release a review. After countless dinners and after trying various pizzas on the menu, I can say with absolute certainty that Don Peppe is a guarantee if you want to eat a good pizza in company. The quality of the ingredients is high, the proposals are good and the technical implementation is good too. Maybe for my taste other pizzerias do better in terms of technique, I think I have tasted better dough. However, this is not implies that Don Peppe's doughs are terrible, in fact, I would say that they are still above average and I think that's a good thing. That said, the location definitely is beautiful, mimimalistic, with recently renovated furnishings and thank goodness! Not that before it was bad, but now everything is more coherent and in line with the owner's vision. Furthermore, it is possible to watch the matches thanks to the TVs room and it is possible to take advantage of a free Wi-Fi line, in short, the extra-food service made available is valid. The staff is always was very courteous and helpful, but a sometimes, some waiters are a little inattentive; I happened to find cutlery missing and orders were not taken carefully (if I ask for a pizza without rocket and you bring me rocket you are ignoring me...). All this is certainly not good for a place that aims for excellence, but I realize that these are sporadic occasions and I don't take them into account in the overall evaluation. Having said that, I would highly recommend the place, you can eat well and relax.
