31/07/2025: On our last evening in Venice, my fiancé and I spontaneously decided to visit this restaurant. We didn't have a reservation, but the waiter kindly asked if we had one and, after just a few minutes, set a cozy table for us. This was a truly appreciated gesture, considering it's usually difficult to find a free table here. The restaurant is located right next to the canal—the view is simply stunning, especially in the evening. The atmosphere is quiet and romantic, perfect for a special evening. As soon as you enter, you can immediately see the open kitchen, where the chef prepares sushi in front of the guests. There's also a refrigerator on display, everything clean and tidy, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and hygiene standards are fully respected—this immediately instills confidence. We ordered four types of sushi and a portion of shrimp tempura—everything was delicious and beautifully presented. For dessert, we had chocolate fondant and mochi—simply divine! We were also pleasantly surprised by the prices: for Venice, they're really fair, especially considering the extremely high quality. The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional. This dinner made our last evening in Venice truly special. I absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Venice.
