I stayed at the Bel Sit from August 19th to 26th. The location is perfect because the hotel is very close to the sea. The room is perfect for a single person: I loved it because it had plenty of space to store all my things. The shower was fantastic because the tray wasn't flush with the floor and had a rim that prevented water from escaping, and the door was sliding rather than folding. Two very small flaws: a small drawer that couldn't be used because the knob to open it was unscrewed (but there were many others) and the instructions for the safe were just drawings I couldn't understand. As for the service, I appreciated the fact that my room was always tidy when I returned from the beach and the kindness of the staff. An added bonus is that you can eat at the Hotel by the Sea next door for a very affordable price (20 euros a meal) and with a choice of three first courses and three second courses.

23/08/2025: Stumbled upon this place by chance, in tourist mode... we met the owner who took the time to explain the little dishes he prepares and the products... so we took a board and pasta, aperol with and without alcohol... well, nothing to complain about, everything was very good... to try.

09/09/2025: On our summer holiday travels from the cote d’azur to Lake Como, we wanted to stop for a nice lunch close to the sea. Our meals exceeded that wish. The owner is quite funny and was so patient with my rusty Italian, even though he spoke perfect English. We had fritto misto, which was lightly fried and perfectly salted. We then had three pastas (spaghetti di mare, ink pasta with langoustine, and gamberi with zucchini)and an order of mussels. Every bite was just what we wanted. Our server was so polite and helpful, too. I only wish we were staying in the area so I could have had a rose wine with the meal. I hope our travels bring us back someday!
