Battistini Lido Beach In

We had one night left in Italy after an amazing 3 weeks. We needed to be near the airport so we stayed in Ostia. Went for a walk and happened upon Vittoria’s. It was great! Highly recommend and we met the owner who showed us fun pics of visitors over the years. Seems to have quite a history. 😁My husband had the carbonara and I had Quattro Fromaggi pizza. Location right on the sandy beach is the best.

Perfect for summer evenings, you can lounge on the loungers right on the sand and grab a drink at the bar. There's no table service.

Sunset aperitif on the beach. Charming atmosphere, so-so service. Food quality not up to par.

I went to Stabilimento Venezia with a friend and we enjoyed a sunset aperitif, right on the deckchair overlooking the sea. We had a cold beer, and you could add a small plate of pizzas and more for just a few euros. The atmosphere was relaxed, almost magical. Even the sun seemed part of the experience. Beautiful, beautiful.

Good compromise if you want to have an aperitif on the beach at sunset. Open every day, they have music until late at night. The drinks are top notch but the quality/price ratio is good. You can easily chat without being drowned out by the sound of the music.
