Barkollo In Castello di godego

During an evening with friends, I had the pleasure of having dinner at Barkollo, the restaurant of a dear friend, Filippo. The atmosphere of the place is welcoming and informal, perfect for spending time in company. The evening was one of the specials that Filippo organizes every now and then, with a fixed menu. On this occasion the protagonist was the skewer with potatoes, sausage and bread, accompanied by a cold beer. The dish was simple but incredibly tasty: the meat cooked to perfection, tasty and tender, the potatoes crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the fresh bread to top it all off. The evening was made unique not only by the excellent food, but also by the convivial atmosphere and hospitality of Filippo, who knows how to put everyone at ease. I highly recommend taking part to these evenings at Barkollo: good food, good company and a family environment that makes every moment special. Congratulations to Filippo for the idea and the passion he puts into it. I will definitely be back for more evenings like this!
