For years, Bardini has delighted my taste buds like no other ice cream shop in Piacenza. And what chocolate! But now the appointment with the scratch cup is inevitable, introduced a year ago but which already remains in my heart forever. A mix of dark chocolate and cherries in alcohol to make the palate sing. Of course, the other flavors are no joke either, both the creamy and fruity ones. Not to mention the granitas in summer. A guarantee. Edit: the bardoche is spacey, fresh and soft, with a touch of salt that goes perfectly with the sweetness of the ice cream.
