05/01/2026: What can I say? If a business has been going strong since 1966, there must be a reason. I urge all tourists drawn to Her Majesty Rome not to be fooled by pseudo-trattoria restaurants in the city center. Aside from the high prices and often poor quality of the cuisine, which, unfortunately, perhaps exploits a lack of true knowledge of the flavors of dishes and traditional cuisine, there's less and less of it. Instead, visit the surrounding neighborhoods of Rome, where you can still enjoy a truly traditional Carbonara with pan-fried chicory, excellent quality, flavor, and price. Take the metro toward Pantano and get off at Tor Sapienza, Torre Maura. Very simple. I recommend it!
