A proper cappuccino! Here at Sessolo it is served at exactly the ideal temperature, hot as few can do. Finally I can enjoy it calmly, without the anxiety of seeing it cool too quickly. I really like that it stays almost boiling, which gives you that extra pleasure of sipping it slowly and appreciating every nuance.
