We stopped here for an affogato during a bike tour. The service was very attentive and friendly. The valley station of the cable car is located in the same building.

01/06/2025: A very nice hotel in a great location. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast and dinner were incredibly delicious. We were there with two children (9 and 12 years old), and both loved the food. Everything was freshly prepared and beautifully presented; even seconds were no problem. The hotel is located in the village center, a bus stop is a minute away, and the location is perfect for starting hikes. Melanie gave us excellent tips and recommendations for excursions and hikes. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the hotel! Thank you very much, Melanie, Andreas, and the team!

30/10/2025: Very central, well-kept and you can eat the best canederli ever
22/09/2025: Perfect location, big room and super clean. Decent cold breakfast and ebike charging possible in a secure room; easy parking too. Best of all, staff were so incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you Urthaler Hotel to make our MTB holiday in the fantastic Dolomiten so wonderful and memorable.
