I was impressed by the courtesy of the differently young gentleman who knows all his regular customers... the ritual of queuing in front of the cash register, because he leaves you too quickly. petrified in the choice of what to eat with the coffee and make you wait while the lady at the checkout smiles, not at all impatient. But let's talk about it, black, hot. Unfortunately I like it bitter, not sweet and I know... de gustibus restaurant reflects my rule, that of three... "three times, the first time you go and taste it, the second time you come back because you liked it, the third time you go because you know you will take it into your heart". ???? four mornings, two afternoons... total six coffees....
