Bar Ristorante Agli Orti 1900 In Mezzana

Fantastic place, fantastic pizza. Nice atmosphere, obliging, helpful staff. Purely. I RECOMMEND

Three important points to comment on Rifugio Orti: * Location: Located right at the exit of the lift, in the middle of the mountain and with spectacular views, it is perfect to arrive hungry and continue skiing. * Well-developed foods: The menu is broad enough to satisfy hungry athletes with a Gourmet touch, really good flavor. * Service: Young people with an extraordinary attitude who are there to give their best with a big smile. In short, it is a “must-stop”, when the weather is good, its terrace with music and spectacular views make the day perfect. On this trip (Feb 2025), Lalo surprised us since he has been there for several years and remembers us from previous visits, his joy is contagious and his service goes beyond expectations. This hut is a must see on our ski trips to Skirama Dolomites.

Mixed feelings. Food was good, the place is nice and beautifully located, also not so very crowded due to the location (but not empty as well;) . But... ... after some 10 min wait to be seated, we ordered 2 teas, 2 medium beers and a mulled wine. We got 2 big beers and 3 teas, no wine. Ordered some food as well. We waited for more than hour, observing people coming after us being served, having their food and leaving. Asked waiters - a couple of times - about our order, just to hear "it's coming" - but nothing came. Finally, after reaching out to the cashdesk directly, we heard our order was "missed". From that moment on the food arrived within minutes. Instead of a fast lunch, we've lost nearly 2h of a ski day. The food was delicious and reasonably priced tho. Also, as a token of an apology, our bill has been discounted - but we would have preferred just to be served normally for a regular price.

Ottimo posto per rilassarsi e pranzare. Le tagliatelle fatte in casa con il ragù di cervo erano abbondanti e squisite. Anche gli spaeatzle erano ottimi e abbondanti. Il personale cordiale. Uno dei migliori rifugi della zona.

Io non capisco chi si lamenta di questo fantastico posto, si sta veramente bene, si mangia benissimo e si passa del tempo di qualità, lo staff è fantastico e sempre presente. La mia settimana bianca, tutti gli anni, senza il rifugio Orti non sarebbe la stessa. Al prossimo anno 😘Grazie a tutti voi.

Fixed stop for 5 years now. Excellent food, Fantastic location, unique location, legendary guys who work there, especially Francesca and Daniele (LOLLO). Thanks for everything guys. We'll see you next year. Super recommended.
