18/09/2025: I went to this place for the first time with my girlfriend. I'd heard about "Monti la pizza fritta" and followed it on social media, but I'd never had the chance to try it. The place is located in the center of Battipaglia; you can park a few hundred meters away and walk. It's always a good idea to book on weekends to ensure a seat. This place has a very original look; as soon as you enter, it feels like you've stepped back in time, with a spectacular, meticulously designed setting. It makes a truly evocative impact, accompanied by delicious Neapolitan background music. We tried quite a few things: the frittatina, fries, fried pizza, bruschetta, and finally the fried dessert, all washed down with good beer. The menu is truly spoiled for choice. After ordering, you're given a light that sounds as soon as your order is ready. We sat down, and after just 10 minutes, our order was ready! Spectacular, fast service. Everything was delicious, and I didn't suffer from any stomach upset or acid reflux. I'm happy with this experience, and I'll definitely be spending more evenings there with friends.
