23/11/2025: We discovered this place thanks to a friend's recommendation. This is the second year we've been here for the delicious Piedmontese bagna cauda, ​​perfectly prepared. The place is welcoming, and the owner's kindness and friendliness won us over.

11/10/2025: I was out walking the dogs at Gaiazza and it was getting late, I called and asked if we could eat something... Despite the time and the 4 dogs they told me to go anyway... They were very kind and helpful.. and I ate a delicious plate of trofie with pesto!!!
