Bar Pausa Caffe In Napoli

30/12/2024: We went to this restaurant on Friday evening. The starters and pizza were really good, we didn't like the pasta. The Genoese had little flavour, while the mussels and beans were pleasant.

26/12/2024: This is an authentic local restaurant, frequented by locals. This usually is a guarantee in terms of food and service quality. And in fact this restaurant does not disappoint: everything is very good, the service is kind and efficient, the atmosphere is pleasant. There are also some downsides. Since the restaurant is frequented by locals, there is easily a lot of noise, greetings, and noisy good wishes. Furthermore, since Sorrento is a very touristy place, it is not unusual for there to have some musician or singer who enters the place with his guitar and sings at the top of his lungs the typical romantic Neapolitan songs. Of course, this can easily turn into an upside, if one likes the genre. In any case, the food is good and the staff is friendly. So, overall, the verdict is positive. Even if it must be said that the place is certainly not cheap.
