Cocktails were delicious and Antonio was a delight. Moreover, the garden he has curated is so peaceful and relaxing. We immediately booked to go back for the raw shrimp plate. Out of this world!! You must book in advance, as the shrimp are caught that same morning in the waters of Linosa, and they only fish for the number of shrimp they'll serve. If you're curious and for the truly passionate, Antonio can explain in detail the origin of each gastronomic offering and the level of attention to the quality of the ingredients. Truly something special to experience! And the champagne paired with the shrimp is 100% worth it if you enjoy bubbly. So grateful to Antonio and the level of effort he has gone to creating this oasis, giving us a taste of the vegetation that once covered the island, and researching meticulously to offer the highest quality enogastronomic experience.
