Our favorite breakfast place in Rome so far. Insane pastries that come fresh from the kitchen every few minutes, busy but cheerful staff that humored my attempts to speak Italian, and good coffee. 11€ for 4 smallish pastries and two cappuccinos, which feels very reasonable. Get the Maritozzo and Sfogliatelle!

We stopped for a coffee at the counter and tried several desserts, including a ricotta pastry, a rice pudding and a diplomat. All excellent. The pastry and rice pudding are 10. The service is quick and friendly. Excellent value for money.

A traditional pastry shop in the Prati district, a stone's throw from San Pietro. The coffee was very good, the Maritozzi were not very fresh but the price was right, €3.

31/01/2025: Competent and trained people....which is not something to be taken for granted.
11/01/2025: The menu offers dishes that reinterpret the typical flavors of Apulian cuisine in a modern way. I loved the crunchy prawns and the very fresh fish, cooked in an innovative way but without losing the authenticity of the local flavours. Each dish is a perfect balance between tradition and modernity, with fresh, quality ingredients. The service was excellent: the staff was attentive, friendly and able to recommend the right dishes based on our tastes. The wine selection complemented our meal perfectly. I highly recommend

10/09/2024: Expired, I no longer recommend it, we found a cockroach resting on the cushion of a chair, however, high prices and it has definitely decreased in quantity and quality, I strongly advise against
30/11/2023: Da local guide di livello 6 posso dire di aver mangiato più in ristoranti che a casa, e questo ristorante è veramente fantastico, il giro di antipasti ti lascia senza parole. Ottima cura nella preparazione dei piatti e materie prime di qualità. Perfetto anche il personale di sala.
