Pastry bar in the street called "Budello" with a small side terrace bakes pastries and produces very good ice cream. Try the kisses of Alassio and ricotta. Family run.

One morning I had a brioche with almond cream which was fantastic.. the dough was also a truly excellent croissant. I went back and got both some very tasty pizzas and some fresh pasta with really excellent cream and fruit, a delicious ricotta with candied fruit inside and a huge Chantilly with truly stratospheric flavored cream. Definitely recommended!! I'll be back!

Sono ritornato in questa storica pasticceria (aperta nel 1966) nel budello di Alassio per le Vacanze Pasquali e devo dire che hanno sempre una qualita' incredibilmente elevata in tutta la loro produzione di pasticceria artigianale.Ho acquistato una loro colomba al cioccolato e devo dire che era di una squisitezza incredibile,per non parlare della caffetteria e gelateria sempre al top.Personale svelto, gentile ed educato .Consigliatissimo....
