A historic place in the city.
I've frequented it for many years.
I believe the owner is a well-known figure and is very committed to the city's recovery.
Unfortunately, in 20 years, Frosinone has suffered a significant population decline, and our entrepreneurs have had to suffer trying to present the city as still attractive.

For those who grew up in the province of Frosinone, Caffè Minotti needs no introduction. When I was in my early twenties, it was one of the city's landmarks, and I spent practically every evening there. I celebrated more than a few birthdays there, buying drinks for friends, and I still remember a place that was always packed and a nightlife that, for those who experienced it, is hard to forget.
In recent years, I've seen the place evolve nicely thanks to Vincenzo, who is also focusing heavily on catering. I've stopped in for lunch several times during the week, and I must say the food is truly delicious, which is why I'd recommend it for that purpose as well.
A few nights ago, at an event, I also discovered the beautiful back garden. Honestly, I wasn't expecting such a well-kept space, with a bar, tables for dining, and so many people. A pleasant, lively atmosphere, perfect for spending an evening with friends.
A special mention goes to Vik's artisanal gelato, which I've come to consider a small symbol of the place. For me, it's a must-try, and anyone passing by should definitely try it.
It's wonderful to see how a historic place manages to renew itself without losing its identity.
