Bar Locanda Centrale In Fai della paganella

I stopped in for lunch today on my way back from visiting the Parco del respiro. I had a red Roman pinsa with mushrooms and a lager draft beer. I'd say everything was excellent, even the price. I definitely recommend it based on my experience.

Perfect lunch! We had lunch at this inn and the experience was truly impeccable. The food was delicious, carefully prepared with quality ingredients. Every dish was a delight, from the first to the last. The staff was extremely professional, kind, and attentive, always present without ever being intrusive. Service that truly makes the difference! The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, ideal for a relaxing, quality break. Highly recommended! We'll definitely be back.

The manager was very kind, the cleanliness and excellent service were excellent, with a touch of empathy, and not to mention the "fair price." I hope to return.

We arrived late, around 2pm for lunch and were made very welcome, the food was fresh and very good!
