Cooking is truly an experience: first of all we really appreciated the fact that they catered to our dietary needs, accompanying us on the tasting journey. Dishes with absolutely balanced flavours, quantities and textures. One in particular will remain in your heart: the charcoal Jerusalem artichoke salad with warm egg yolk, mountain parmesan foam and wild garlic. Lust!
