I stopped at Bar Pasticceria Gelateria Frisullo in Torre San Giovanni almost by chance, on my way back from the beach, and I must say it was a delightful discovery. The gelato was truly excellent: creamy, authentic, and full of flavor. The display case was well-stocked, and in addition to gelato, we also decided to try an almond pasticciotto, which turned out to be equally delicious. The place is welcoming and well-kept, with bright, cheerful colors. It also has an outdoor area, perfect for sitting down and enjoying their desserts, gelato, or even a good coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the prices were truly reasonable for the quality. I highly recommend stopping by anyone in the area: whether for a refreshing gelato after the beach or to sample their pastry specialties. A sweet and delicious destination in Torre San Giovanni.

Nice place, great location on the seafront, excellent local desserts (but really good), with takeout available for long trips. Very friendly staff. This is our go-to place (like Checco, but for breakfast 😜).

An excellent go-to bar for those staying near the western residential area. The staff is friendly and quick to process orders, the croissants and pastries are excellent, the gelato is delicious, and the coffee and cappuccino are top-notch. There's no table service, but that's not a bad thing, on the contrary. Coffees to go are served in a convenient container to prevent spills (a not-so-obvious precaution).
