A truly warm and attentive welcome. Delicious Roman focaccia made with fresh ingredients. A selection of gins to die for. All this in the main square of Fiano Romano. A must-try, and why not, return.

Lucia and Stefano are exceptional with their light but very tasty Roman focaccias filled with quality products, buffalo mozzarella and porcini mushrooms with truffle oil, buffalo mozzarella with pumpkin and Cantabrian anchovies, salads, cocktails and much more, recommended, and then the village of Fiano with its castle is really worth seeing❤️🌞

So I only went there for breakfast, but what I had was really good: two croissants, two plaits, two warm milks, and a cappuccino for about fifteen or twenty euros, which I think is excellent. And I'd like to add that the pastries were filled to the brim, I woke up almost full. There were four of us, so I think it was an excellent experience.

27/11/2025: Wonderful pizza, truly different from the rest. Unbeatable quality and flavor, wide but not overwhelming variety, with some unmissable specialties. Super-trained staff, always fast and cheerful service (even at peak times). Staff training is clearly key. The space is small but well-organized: the preparation is visible (with hygiene always under control). Fair prices, what more could you ask for?
