Good, nice atmosphere, some dishes could be improved but overall a good place and the food is good

Refined, tasty, and sophisticated food; very pleasant atmosphere.

For dinner I had the shrimp risotto, which was unfortunately very disappointing. The shrimp were not cleaned properly, the intestines were still visible, and this ended up in the sauce. On top of that, the shrimp heads were shredded into the rice, so I was chewing on chitin instead of enjoying the dish. The risotto itself was undercooked, which made it even less enjoyable. On the positive side, the starters were good, the staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was great. But the main dish really let the experience down.

The best restaurant in Verbania; we had a variety of dishes. Everything was excellently prepared and the ingredients were top-notch. The flavors were amazing and the service was beautifully presented. A wonderful ambiance. And I've rarely experienced such friendly waiters. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a decent meal in Verbania. We'll definitely be back.

Arrived on Saturday with a reservation, they put us in the room with a table of about twenty guys and between karaoke music and shouting we couldn't even talk to each other.. (but that's okay.. on Saturdays even the owner said there was more chaos) appetizers ok except for my calamari that instead of chickpea cream arrived with a green cream (the waitress apologized saying that the cream was finished and that the chef decided to put another cream. Okay. Ok.. but I would have preferred to know before and not when the dish arrived. I didn't make a fuss and ate it. It was good anyway.) The best part comes with the first courses.. 45 minutes of waiting with fakes (the dish arrived we said it was ours and then without explanation it went back to the kitchen) Good but raw sweets. Tagliolini with calamari good but the calamari undercooked. Terrible service. Without an explanation for the wait and without an apology. Only one waitress, I think of the first experiences, when asked if something had happened in the kitchen, blushed and said that they didn't understand anything either. Not even an explanation from the lady who seemed to be managing the room. The organization of the service definitely needs to be reviewed.
