The warm and welcoming atmosphere immediately made me feel at home, and the customer service was truly exceptional. The sweets and coffee were absolutely delightful! I especially appreciated how the owner went out of their way to help me find my way through the city when I was running late for my train. It really meant a lot to me in that stressful moment.
