First time in Galatina for a pasticotto, and a cappuccino doppio. Popular spot, and friendly staff. The pasticotto had a distinct "well done" finish which we really liked. The crema was smooth and not too sweet for our pallet. Lots of other fresh items to be sampled at a later date no doubt 😍

I wanted to thank the Crystall Bar team. I ordered 40 mini Pasticciotti and 20 mini Fruttani
to take to my colleagues at MediaWorld in Milan so they could try the Galatinese pasticciotto. And after a 14-minute drive due to various interruptions along the way, they delivered it this morning when the store opened. I received nothing but compliments, which I pass on to the Crystal Bar team. Thank you.
The MediaWorld Milano team started the day well. They won you over.

A classic local café, with pasticciotti freshly baked at any time, always ready and always hot! They're delicious, but perhaps the cream is a little sweeter than others. For those who criticize the "burnt" pastry, I think this is a strong point that makes it so ZOZZO.

I'm updating my review after 4 years of "experience" (since 2021) with Pasticciotti.
Definitely among the best, and they're always served hot since they're constantly churning out new ones. The cream is good and melts in your mouth, and the pastry is quite fine, making it fragrant yet soft.
The overall flavor is truly delicate on the palate.
Negative aspects, if I must find any—personal preference, of course—are a tad too sweet and sometimes a tad overcooked.
Prices are slightly above average.
The restaurant's modern style, which I personally don't like, favors the historic stone. We always go back!

The best pasticciotto in the world! The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and kind. Of course, if you ask for the "pasticciotto" with black cherry or pistachio, every Galatina resident will be horrified... 😉

After being disappointed by Ascalone, who only makes pasticciotti by reservation, we went to his former pastry chef. Excellent breakfast, delicious pasticciotti. If you find yourself there, feel free to stop by 😜
