Wonderful location. The hotel is dated, but efficient.

We stayed two nights. The hotel was clean, the room very large, and the terrace was lovely, complete with a table, chairs, and two loungers. Breakfast was quite varied, with both sweet and savory options. The location was excellent, just steps from both Lerici and San Terenzo.

Stay in December 2025. A huge disappointment for a hotel that boasts 4 stars: despite having chosen the 9 to 9:50 breakfast slot, as requested at check-in "to ensure, according to the staff member, better service," we had to make do with what guests from previous slots had left, as replenishment was not guaranteed. The buffet table also lacked even simple extra paper napkins and cutlery. As for the room, despite having asked for a room possibly located on the top floor, refusing that proposal because it would have cost an additional €20 per night, I was assigned a (comfort) room on the first floor facing the street, which, according to the reception staff, should have been quiet because it was soundproofed. In reality, it was not at all, and the only good thing was that there were not many cars and motorcycles passing by. I am therefore sorry to have had to note that the Byron Hotel in Lerici does not, in my opinion, deserve to boast a 4-star rating as it does not provide the services expected from this category of hotel. I have also sent my comments to the Hotel Management but have not received any response.

One of the most beautiful hotels on the beach, with a beautiful view of the beach.

Excellent location, overlooking the sea and the beautiful promenade that leads from Lerici to San Terenzo. Beautiful setting, comfortable rooms; we had one with a small terrace.

The Hotel Byron in Lerici offers a pleasant experience with excellent potential. Its location is its true strength: it's right on the seafront and just steps from the heart of Lerici's town center, making it ideal for strolling and enjoying the village. The property is well-maintained and attractively presented, although the interiors could use some updating. We received a warm welcome, and the reception staff were always friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean, although the amenities were rather basic. The breakfast was good overall, but we believe a little more variety and attention to product selection could significantly improve its quality. A word of advice: the restaurant is worth a try! Overall, the value for money (for the area) is good.
