Good, fresh and healthy food, normal bar prices on some good things and other things expensive, non-existent appetizers near the drinks, excellent coffee, a few extra smiles never hurts

Would definitely recommend to all coming to Pompeii. Lovely staff and waiter - very happy and constant good service. Good quality food and quick delivery (didn’t wait long at all for the order to arrive). Excellent prices and good portion sizes. Delicious gelato and bakery within the mini restaurant/cafe.

We stopped here for dinner before heading back to Napoli after a day in the Pompei ruins. I wish I’d taken more pics of our dishes. The gnocchi and pasta arrabiata were delicious. We also ordered a steak and house potatoes - also delicious. The owner, who served us, was so nice and friendly. She made sure we were well cared for and checked in on us several times - not a norm in Italy in most restaurants. I’m not sure if her actual name is Alice - we should have asked, but she was just lovely. Genuine smiles and appreciation for our business. We were so pleasantly surprised at how delicious our meals were and it’s so convenient, next to the train station. The pricing is excellent - trust me, you’ll pay much more as you head into town. It’s worth a stop if you’re hungry. 😋🤗
