Bamboo In Lecce

16/11/2025: We booked for four. The restaurant is well-maintained, complete with star-shaped vaulted ceilings, and it's not excessively noisy despite its small size. The pizza is cooked to perfection and the ingredients are excellent, especially the smoked provola cheese on my pizza, which filled the room with a magnificent aroma. Bread and mortazza is an excellent appetizer, and even though it's fried, the pizza goes down easily. The wait staff was patient, and the service was prompt. The waitresses, however, were a bit aloof, as if they were in a rush (it was Saturday, I understand), but I must say they are committed, hard-working people. List of dishes/drinks ordered: Bread and mortazza, provola cheese and pepper, blackberry, impiccato, martinese with chips, mangiafuoco (shared between two), water, and two Cokes. All for €21 per person (total €84). Positive things I noticed: the oven inside is very clean (it appears to be gas) and the bathroom is well-maintained. It was a pleasant surprise. 11/11/2025: The food was good, and breakfast was good too. Everyone was very friendly. A bit limited in the winter when the outdoor space couldn't be used.
